SG@Home Benefits

The SG@Home training program is an at home training program designed to supplement your soccer player's at home training development with the same activities we utilize at Soccer Genome on a daily basis. Our goal for this program is to assist players with their development goals by teaching a proven methodology of development that address not only what activities to practice, but also how to train effectively over an extended period of time.

  • How can my child get the most out of the SG@Home program?

    We recommend that players complete each weekly assignment 3 - 5 times per week. Each weekly assignment can be completed in 15 minutes or less.

  • Who is the SG@Home training program for?

    Anyone with a desire to improve their technical skill. The activities in this program are utilized at Soccer Genome with players ranging from u9 up to collegiate level. Try increasing the intensity or duration of activities to make them more difficult, or slow them down for less difficulty.
